Ingredients:
 
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh mango
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed ice
3 Tablespoons sugar
 
Instructions:
 
Blend all ingredients on high until frothy.  Serve chilled.  Substitute fresh pineapple for mango to make pineapple lassi.
