Ingredients:
 
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup chilled milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ice
 
Instructions:
 
Blend all ingredients on high until frothy.  Serve chilled.
